Key Issue 1

To raise attainment in reading, writing and maths at the end of Key Stage 1

Raise attainment in mathematics across the school so that Church Lench CE First School is in line with county and national data

Further develop the use of our in house tracking system to ensure the vast majority of pupils a

re achieving the expected standard by the end of the year.

Key Issue 4

To prepare for our SIAMS inspection and embed the core Christian values.

Key Issue 5

To ensure the head teacher has had a full induction and training to establish clear aims and the vision for the school based on core Christian values.
