1. Leadership and Governance 

 Develop and Implement an action plan for Carbon Net Zero 

Governors to continue to access relevant training as part of the MAT 

2. Curriculum Maths 

To improve times tables fluency from Year 3 to Year 5, especially to ensure Year 4 pupils are well-prepared for the Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) using a consistent, structured and whole school approach.

3.Curriculum Writing 

 Create a positive culture for writing across the school and improve pupils’ confidence, enjoyment, and standards in writing by developing consistent, high-quality approaches to grammar, spelling, punctuation (GSP), and handwriting across the school.

4. Developing Teaching

Develop an agreed consistent model of pedagogy across the MAT to support CPD for all staff members. Training for all staff and SLT to undertake training using 'Great Teaching Toolkit' and independent coaching.
